To view the music you're now listening to or to learn more about a notification that's in the area, tap that pill. It will work with alarms, AirDrop, flight alerts, AirPod pairing and charging signals, updates on the status of your Lyft journey, and more, according to Apple, which calls the feature "Dynamic Island."
